Lesly Auma, an 18-year-old from a humble family, understands the challenges of limited opportunities. Raised by a single parent, Lesly's future, along with her sister Eyline's, seemed uncertain. However, her hard work and remarkable score of 399 out of 500 in the Kenya Certificate of Education (KCE) exams opened doors for her. Thanks to the GHEI scholarship, Lesly is now excelling in school and preparing to take her Kenya Secondary School Certificate of Education (KSCE) exams later this year.
